Getting the most from your Ski Quest

We’re super stoked you’re taking part in Ski Quest this year. We’ve set out to create a new way for you to enjoy your time on the slopes, we hope you love the experience. To ensure as many people take part, we need you, our intrepid explorers, to spread the word!

How to Ski Quest...

When you first open the app enter the access code we've sent you and create your team name

In 'Explore' you'll find your Ski Quest and also some challenges to take part in

Open your map and start your Quest, find out more by touching one or open your piste map to locate a lift

Find a checkpoint, hit the orange button and see if you've unlocked a clue, offer, or even a secret mission 🤙

Daily Dash

How many checkpoints can you reach in a day? We’ll be clocking that for you… and we’ll have a prize at the end of the season for the team that can hit the most in a day. Remember it’s not all about speed… it’s about route planning. Good luck!

Want to win a pair of bloc goggles and a £50 Snow+Rock voucher? We have two lots to give away!

Snow+Rock and Ski Quest have teamed up to offer anyone on a Ski Quest a chance to win these cool prizes, and all you have to do is take part in our ‘Strike a pose’ challenge which you’ll find in the app (under Explore area) and below… 📷📷📷

Get snapping whilst out on your Ski Quest. We want to see you all ripping up the piste, impersonating your favourite skiing celebrity, getting creative with the snow sculptures or just taking amazing scenic photos. Get involved – put them on your Instagram and tag us @ski.quest AND @snowandrockofficial or drop an email to us team@skiquest.app – we’ll share your best creations and you could win some great prizes from Snow+Rock.

We can’t tell you much about these… or else we’d have to kill you… only kidding. Within the Ski Quest app, we’ve hidden some secret missions to get involved with, these can only be unlocked when you reach certain checkpoints!

So get out there and hunt them down and get involved for your chance for fame and partner prizes.

Ski Quest Tips

We've got some tips & hints for you

👌 Hints & tips while using the app

It's all in the planning

You’ll have received your piste map with points marked. This is also in-app. Use this to help you plan your route each day to hit as many points as you can.

Checking In at a point

The App uses your GPS location and compares it to that of the checkpoint. Use the Google Map view in-app to check your location (blue dot) over the point in question. GPS signals can take a moment to steady so be patient. Hit the big orange button to check in… easy as that.

Hit points in any order

You DO NOT need to hit the points in any order. They are fairly randomly dotted about, hit them in whichever order makes sense to you!

Collect checkpoints

When you think you have reached a checkpoint, hit the locate button and we’ll tell you if you’re in the right place or not.

Plan your Route

We’ve plotted the points but it’s up to you to plan your route. Use your Ski Quest Piste Map to view checkpoints and your in-app map to check your GPS location against each.

Collect Clues

Behind some checkpoints you’ll find clues which you can use to solve the Ski Quest puzzle. The more checkpoints you reach, the more clues you will unlock!

Challenge Yourself!

Ski Quest offers you a range of challenges & missions to take part in. Reach all the checkpoints, solve the puzzle, share your story along the way – we have some great prizes and offers for those that complete Ski Quest!
